What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you purchase goods from us

When you purchase goods from us either over the phone or through our website, we will need to collect certain information about you in order to fulfil your order. We do this on the basis of performance of a contract. If you do not provide certain information that we ask for then we may not be able to perform our contract with you. We will also retain your information where the goods you have purchased have a guarantee.

Contact forms

Contact Information and Website Support: If you want to get in touch with us, you can use our contact forms e-mail or can use the Facebook Chat Widget. We will collect your information to be able to deal with your enquiry. If you use Facebook Chat Widget please also refer to Facebook’s privacy policy here as they have different practices to us Privacy Policy. 

We collect information on contact forms on the basis of legitimate interests. It is in both our legitimate interests for us to collect and use your information to be able to respond to any enquiries you make.

Marketing

If you consent to receive marketing information from us then we will collect your name and email address. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting sales@npc-ltd.co.uk.

How long we retain your data

We will only retain your personal information for so long as we need it for the purposes for which we originally collected it.

For users that register on our website (if any), we  store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. The personal contact information the user provides on their account is stored 7 years or until the user deletes the account or contacts us to request deletion (please see your rights below).
